In our Meat & Seafood Department, it's all about freshness. We cut steaks, chops and chicken every day and grind hamburger almost daily to offer you the freshest product available.
All beef, pork and chicken offered by the Merc is raised on small farms, in our region, from start to finish. The animals receive a carefully controlled vegetarian diet with no growth hormones, antibiotics or animal by-products allowed. The result is pure food with great taste.
We are pleased to offer our customers:

Seafood
Our great seafood selection comes from environmentally friendly sources. Our seafood selection varies but usually includes:
- Scallops
- Shrimp
- Wild-Caught Coho Salmon from Troller Point, a family-owned company in Alaska
- Ahi Tuna #1 (Sashimi grade)
- Ruby Trout
- Striped Bass
- Red Snapper
- Marlin
- Tilapia
- Halibut
- Basa
- Seasonally you will find items such as... Soft Shell Crabs, Yellow Tail Mussels, and Clams
