Living With Intention
taught by Marybeth Bethel, MS
Are you finding it hard to stick to the goals that you'd like to achieve?
Using intentions will help boost your resolve! Drawing from recent books by
Wayne Dyer and others, this class will explore the meaning and practice of
living an intentional life. Discussion will be encouraged as we take time to
create meaningful intentions and learn to focus our thoughts on them in
order to create purposeful outcomes in our lives. The evening will culminate
in a guided imagery to further anchor the powerful intentions we've crafted.
Recommended reading: "The Power of Intention," by Wayne Dyer. $12 per
person, $10 for co-op members & seniors.
