Introduction to Foot Reflexology

Come learn the basics of foot reflexology! This hands-on class will give you the tools to immediately begin helping your family and others improve their health. Foot reflexology relaxes tension and improves nerve and blood supply throughout the body, while bringing the system back into overall balance or homeostasis. Do bring your clean feet and wear loose pants. If you come as a couple you'll work with each other giving and receiving foot reflexology. Individuals will be paired with another class participant to practice.

This will be delicious, made from scratch pizza. The hardest part about this class will be deciding whether you prefer Mari's version of Chicago-style deep dish pizza or a fabulous, traditional thin crust-both topped with the best and freshest of ingredients.
