Chef Nancy Stark is pleased to teach fun class again by popular request. Nancy will gather up lots of wonderful fresh (and some unfamiliar) ingredients and set to work rolling and wrapping. Nancy will demonstrate and you'll get to sample: Vietnamese Shrimp Spring Rolls with Spicy Peanut Sauce; Crab and Avocado California Rolls with Wasabi and Ginger; and Thai Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps with Sweet Chili-Garlic Sauce. Here is a meal that celebrates the bounty of the late summer market. Join Paige for a fantastic menu featuring delicious seasonal veggies at their peak of flavor. Paige will demonstrate and you'll sample Zucchini Quesadillas; Iced Tomato Soupe au Pistou; Crab cakes with Roasted Corn & Cherry Tomato Relish; Eggplant, Pepper & Chickpea Stew; and Plum & Raspberry Crisp with Almond Crumb Topping. Herbs for Travelers

When we leave home we are exposed to many health risks we don't have to deal with in our daily lives. We have herbal answers for most of these problems. Jet Lag, constipation, sleep disruption, 'foreign' parasites and infectious diseases, wicked bug bites, food poisoning, motion sickness and possibly even anxiety.
